5 PRENATAL VISITS

We get to know each other, I learn your vision for your birth, your support team.

We will spend time working on developing your birth plan, keep your hospital admission time low, avoid transfer if you plan a homebirth, strategies to best navigate your chosen birth location, practice advocacy scripts, cover prenatal preparation and health that can make your birth easier and help avoid creating extra risk factors. 

I will hear your unique concerns + questions, provide evidence based resources while encouraging you to stay in tune with your intuition. 

I will provide instruction on various comfort techniques so you and your partner feel prepared to support your goals.

These are hybrid - with 3 in person at your home and 2 virtual.

​UNMEDICATED ACADEMY CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION

This online, self paced program is included in my package (a $350 value)

Hiring a doula does not mean you don't need to be educated. 

I will provide an overview of the curriculum at our first prenatal meeting, and provide suggestions for how you can work through the material on your own time.

We will go over some of the lessons together during our prenatals. 

The pillars of the program are understanding physiology, understanding hospital routine + policy, strategies, advocacy and partner support.

4 POSTPARTUM VISITS

In your home, 1x per week or however you would prefer within the first 4 weeks. 

I'm there as a support as you process you birth experience, help with breastfeeding + newborn care questions, provide referrals and resources. I will also be available for  cleaning, cooking, shopping, child care, whatever you need.

MONTHLY VIRTUAL COMMUNITY PRENATAL CIRCLE

I lead guided meditations for your birth vision, breathing exercises, share fears and practices to release them, share how you are doing, share birth stories, planning for post partum etc.
